Wine ClubThe Bullpen wine club is a recurring subscription of two wine shipments per year. By becoming a member you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You agree to membership for a minimum of one year (2 winemaker selections). Membership will continue until a request for cancellation is made by contacting Via Vega directly (link provided in my account page). Early termination will result in charges for amount of discounts received plus $20 processing fee. Member discounts are not transferable. Selections are processed each March and October and will be announced via e-mail at least 4 days prior to processing. The member has the responsibility to make any changes prior to the specified processing date. Cancellations made after processing date will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made for packages returned as undeliverable or refused. Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the member and charges will be applied to your credit card on file. Pick-up orders are to be picked up within 90 days (extened by arrangement). After 6 months, we reserve the right to substitute wines with currrent releases at equal value. After 2 years unclaimed orders will be returned to inventory. Delivery PoliciesThe laws governing direct-to consumer shipments vary by state and these regulations limit where we are able to ship. Via Vega is committed to direct-to-consumer shipping compliance and will ship only to the states with which we are permitted. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Most carriers will make three delivery attempts before returning wine to Via Vega. Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned packages are the responsibility of purchaser and charges will be applied to the credit card on file. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.
